We are a group of farmers and coffee-lovers dedicated to improving conditions in rural communities. We aim to accomplish this by improving cup quality and environmental responsibility; ensuring that farmers are fairly compensated for these aspects via transparent, direct trade.

Elver and his family are organic coffee growers in the San Pedro indigenous reserve and members of the indigenous association in the area formerly affected by armed conflict and currently by the social fallout.

Aura Delia is the matriarch of a large family that their small farm supports in the San Antonio vereda of Sevilla, Valle del Cauca.
Luz Mila is a tenacious and hard-working individual that lives on her small farm in a beautiful and secluded area near Gaitania, Tolima with her kids that work together to produce incredible coffee, food crops, and take care of each other.
AGRONOMIST, Q-GRADER, BARISTA, ROASTER:
Frank has been working intensively with specialty coffee since 2002. He is a specialist in postharvest processing, Q grader, SCAE Barista, roaster, and college professor. He is based in Pereira and leads all of our farmer support programs to help growers improve quality.
ECONOMIST, LOGISTICS SPECIALIST:
Karl got into coffee through the back door, as a rural economic development and international trade consultant and started DOT to fill a missing piece in the direct trade supply chain. He runs the business side of the organization from Bogotá including supply chain and business development.
